QC China has held CNAS 17020 (ISO17020/IEC17020) accreditation since 2010, establishing it as a fully accredited inspection body authorized to conduct relevant services in China. Accreditation from the China National Accreditation Service (CNAS) is recognized by over 77 countries under ILAC, ISO, and IEC, affirming the quality and technical compliance of accredited bodies. Many Chinese inspection firms lack CNAS and AQSIQ certifications, and legally, their quality assurance and technical standards may not meet required levels.
AQSIQ, or the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, is a key Chinese governmental body responsible for national quality control, inspection of imports and exports, product safety, and certification enforcement. Legally, independent inspection companies operating in China must have both AQSIQ and CNAS17020 accreditation to ensure compliance. Only reports from companies with these accreditations are recognized as legally valid, affirming the quality and reliability of their inspection services within China.
QC China is a member of the Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors (APSCA), an industry association focused on enhancing the professionalism, consistency, and credibility of auditors and organizations conducting independent social compliance audits.

TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification Council) represents over 40 top global inspection, testing, and certification companies, setting high standards for member integrity and compliance. Membership requires passing annual audits and adhering to a rigorous compliance program to maintain TIC’s standards.
QC China, as a Sedex Affiliate Audit Company (AAC), conducts SMETA social audits in China, India, and Vietnam. Since November 1, 2018, only registered AACs on the Sedex platform are authorized to carry out third-party SMETA audits, which is the most widely recognized ethical audit format. SMETA audits promote best practices in ethical auditing, helping businesses worldwide assess and manage supply chain risks. Currently, over 50,000 members across more than 150 countries rely on Sedex SMETA audits to maintain ethical standards within their supply chains.

International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) is an international organization that certifies Inspection bodies and 3rd party labs. ILAC represents 77 economies including: (Canada, Germany, France, UK, USA, Japan…). QC China is accredited by ILAC and is fully recognized by all representative countries.
