Though sometimes it’s possible to book next-day audit for many manufacturing clusters where QC China has a large team of full-time auditors, we recommend booking with us at least three days in advance. Early booking is important for appropriate scheduling and good preparation before the audit.
There will be one dedicated account manager who will be assigned as your main contact point at QC China. You will receive prompt response whenever you have any questions regarding the factory audit arrangement.
Yes. Your account manager at QC China contacts the factory to confirm the actual audit date before each audit. If you have informed the factory in advance that you will commission QC China to conduct the audit, this confirmation process will go much more smoothly.
Absolutely! We encourage our clients to share whether they have special requirements for the audits, or issues that they hope that the auditors can pay attention to. We can combine them into a tailor-made checklist for audit reference.
The official report, reviewed and signed by an authorized QC China technical manager, will be available within 2 days after each audit. Same day draft report is available if you would like to know about the main audit findings on the same day. QC China has the highest same day report rate in the inspection industry.
