During Container Loading Supervision (CLS), Quality Control China inspectors oversee the loading process to verify product quantity, assess container conditions, and ensure proper cargo handling. A basic quality check is conducted before loading to confirm that product types and packaging match your specifications. However, this check is less comprehensive than a full pre-shipment inspection.
A Container Loading Supervision is normally applicable to the FCL (full container load) shipments. It is suggested to be performed at the factory when the goods are loaded from the warehouse into the container.

Yes. Your account manager at QC China contacts the factory to confirm the actual inspection date before each inspection. If you have informed the factory in advance that you will commission QC China to conduct the inspection, this confirmation process will go much more smoothly. Therefore, you can include this message in the purchase order: When the order is completed, the order shall be inspected by QC China Inspection Service (qcforchina.com).

The official report, reviewed and signed by an authorized QC China technical manager, will be available within 24 hours after each inspection. Same day report is available if you would like to know about the inspection findings on the same day. QC China has the highest same day report rate in the inspection industry.
